C-130 Armored Seats

AoA’s armor for the IPECO C-130 seat is ergonomically designed to integrate with the new cargo aircraft seat. This armored seat is intended to defeat rounds being fired at the aircraft from below, explosions that may occur below or various other threats originating beneath the cockpit area. The curved design of AoA’s armored seat allows for maximum comfort without sacrificing any performance standards.

The seat is designed to provide NIJ level IV protection and is approximately 16”x 14” in size. The seat weighs approximately 16.2 lbs. and is 0.87” thick.  Protects against NIJ level IV threats: Lighter weight versions are available.
